Safe Sport is a priority with Edmonton North Zone Soccer Association.

EMSA North takes children’s health and safety very seriously should you have any concerns, you should contact our Executive Director immediately. If you think you have a reason to believe a child is being harmed in any way, please call 911 and report it. If you believe a child is being harmed by a member or one of our clubs, or during club activities, please report it by calling 911 or directly to the Child Welfare & Protection Person, Brandy Albulescu at brandya@emsanorth.ca.

Anyone involved in sport should be able to thrive and perform at their best without fear of abuse, neglect, or other maltreatment. Creating safe sport environments that provide those conditions is a collective effort — one that requires proper training so people can recognize maltreatment and prevent or address it.

Alberta Soccer’s Safe Sport Information was designed to meet the needs of all levels of soccer in the province through guidance from nationally recognized experts.
