U5-U11 Summer League 2026

Welcome to a stress-free league where fun comes first! Perfect for players of all skill levels! No scores, no standings, just the love of the game.

Registration will be accepted online from May 22, 2026 to June 25, 2026
Spots are limited in all age groups, so register early to secure your spot!

Any incomplete or unpaid registrations after June 25 will be placed on the waitlist. Waitlisted participants will only be contacted to complete payment if space is available after teams are formed.

If you’re registering after June 25, please email socceroffice@emsanorth.ca to have your athlete added to the waitlist.

The season begins July 6, 2026 (weather permitting) and runs until the week of August 14, 2026.

All games will be scheduled in the evening, starting at either 6:00PM or 7:15PM (times may alternate weekly depending on field availability).
Please note: You do not get to choose your athlete’s start time 

Please be sure to include any coach or friend/family requests when completing your registration. We’ll do our best to accommodate, though we can’t guarantee availability.

Planning to coach?
Indicate your interest on your athlete’s registration form, complete your season’s coaching commitment**, and receive a refund for one player fee in the age group you’re coaching at the end of the season!

**Coaching requirements:

  1. Must have a valid Police Information Check (PIC). A voucher will be provided by the EMSA North office to complete this at no cost to you.
  2. Attend ALL sessions.
  3. Return equipment back to your Soccer Director at the end of the season.

Field Etiquette for Players and Spectators

  • Clean up after yourselves and keep fields clean and safe
  • Drinking alcohol, urinating on the field, and littering are all prohibited on City fields (City of Edmonton Bylaw)
  • Fields are closed periodically for maintenance or rest periods, which can prevent longer closures later. Rejuvenation periods allow the soil and grass to regenerate without the strain of constant use. Signs are posted on closed fields; please respect these closures (City of Edmonton Bylaw)
  • Home & Away spectators must sit on opposite ends of the field. No one can sit behind the net.
  • No pets are allowed on the field area (City of Edmonton Bylaw)
  • No smoking/vaping is allowed on the field area (City of Edmonton Bylaw)
  • Park only in areas where signs indicate parking is permitted
  • Supervision of minors is always required by their parents or guardians
