Discipline Procedure
If you have a complaint, please wait a 24-hour cool-off period before submitting it. Complaints submitted before this period will not be reviewed. All complaints or concerns must be submitted in writing (email) and follow the proper chain of communication outlined below:
- Parent/Player: First, contact your Coach or Team Official.
- Coach/Team Official: If necessary, they will escalate it to their Community Soccer Director.
- Community Soccer Director: If needed, they will contact the opposing Community Soccer Director.
- If unresolved, the concern can be submitted to the EMSA North Discipline Committee: disciplinecommittee@emsanorth.ca
