Dispute Resolution – Complaints
If any disputes arise between you and your child’s coach or team officials, please address them with respect and dignity, setting a positive example for your child and others.
COMPLAINTS: If the item you would like to report is a COMPLAINT – please wait the 24 hour cool-off period before sending any complaint over. Failure to do so will result in your complaint NOT being looked at. All complaints/concerns be submitted in writing & must follow the chain below:
- Parent/Player: Start by reaching out to your Coach or Team Official.
- Coach/Team Official: If needed, they can take it to the Community Soccer Director.
- Community Soccer Director: Can escalate to the North Zone Office if necessary.
- North Zone Office: May forward the issue to the Discipline or Executive Board if required
